What guests loved:
The staff are always very welcoming and wishing to help. The buffet breakfasts are excellent - in variety of offerings and quantity.
Areas for improvement:
The only downside is not with the hotel or its staff but other guests and the noise they make at night.

Very friendly staff, the valet/doormen are a delight! I also liked the room, it was a nice size.

Warm water, not hot water.
