The staff are so friendly. Recognised my elderly mother and greeted her like a long lost friend. The food is good value and the grounds and pool and communal places are luxurious

The staff are always very welcoming and wishing to help. The buffet breakfasts are excellent - in variety of offerings and quantity.

Areas for improvement:

The only downside is not with the hotel or its staff but other guests and the noise they make at night.
